Free Online Text Tools
Tools for working on a piece of text: counting its words and characters, changing its case, turning a heading into a web address slug, removing duplicate lines from a list, comparing two versions to see what changed, and testing a regular expression against sample text.
Paste text or open a file; the work happens on your device and the text is gone when you close the page. That makes these safe for drafts, lists of customers and logs with addresses in them. Large texts are fine: the heavy tools do their work in a separate thread, so typing stays smooth.
