One editor for the whole job: cut and join clips, change their speed, add titles, stickers, music, filters and transitions, crop or turn the picture, and save as MP4 or WebM at the size you choose. It is laid out like the editors you know from your phone: the media on the left, the player in the middle and the timeline below.

The video is decoded, drawn and encoded by your own browser and graphics chip. Nothing is uploaded, so a long recording does not have to travel anywhere, and there is no watermark, no length limit and no account. It needs a browser with WebCodecs (Chrome, Edge and Safari have it); the page says so plainly when yours lacks it.
