Rotate PDF
Turn all the pages of a PDF, or only some, and save it that way. Fix sideways scans in one go. Nothing is redrawn, and nothing is uploaded.
Runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is uploaded.
How to use
This tool turns the pages of a PDF and saves it that way, in your browser, without uploading it.
- Add a PDF: drop it on the box or choose it. Its pages appear as thumbnails. If it asks for a password, type it; it's only used to open the file here.
- Choose which pages to turn: All pages, Chosen pages (click them first), or only the Landscape pages or Portrait pages, which fixes a scan with a few sideways pages in one go.
- Press Left, Right or Upside down. The thumbnails show the result straight away. Each page also has its own turn buttons.
- Undo all puts every page back as it came.
- Press Save PDF, then download the turned file. It's named after the original, such as report-rotated.pdf.
Only each page's rotation changes, so nothing is redrawn and no quality is lost: text stays text and pictures stay as sharp as they were. Bookmarks, form fields and the rest of the file stay as they were. A protected PDF is saved without its password and limits, and the tool says so when that happens.
Frequently asked questions
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. The PDF is read, turned and saved in your browser, and it never leaves your device.
Does rotating lower the quality?
No. A PDF page has a rotation setting, and that's all this tool changes. The text, pictures and everything else on the page are left exactly as they were.
How do I rotate only one page?
Use the turn buttons under that page's thumbnail, or click the page and choose Chosen pages, then press Left, Right or Upside down. Then save the PDF.
